Claire McGrath is a Solicitor and Director at Bullivant Law. She started working at the firm in 2001 and completed all of her training here, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. She obtained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2008. She has a varied practice and enjoys being able to see a case through from the police station to the Crown Court. This enables her to provide a high level of care for her clients. Claire manages a number of cases for a wide range of criminal offences, including serious sexual and violent offences. She has considerable experience in dealing with young and vulnerable clients. In 2007/2008, Claire was the solicitor in a successful case before the House of Lords. Claire also appears regularly at the Crown Court
