Claire McGrath started working at Bullivant Law in 2001 and completed all of her training here, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. She obtained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2008. She has a varied practice and enjoys being able to see a case through from the police station to the Crown Court. This enables her to provide a high level of care for her clients. Claire manages a number of cases for a wide range of criminal offences, including serious sexual and violent offences. She has considerable experience in dealing with young and vulnerable clients.
Claire has undertaken hearings in respect of firearms offences, large scale drug supply with a vulnerable defendant, youths being dealt with in the Crown Court and a recent complex sham marriage case.
